|What is your biggest cycling achievement?|
Two 5th places at the Enduro World Series, 1st at Crankworx Air DH in Rotorua, and a 3rd at Megavalanche
|What is your biggest non-cycling achievement?|
I am really proud of some of the complicated cases I took on working as a physiotherapist. It was hard work having to think outside the box and go the extra mile but I really felt like I made a difference.

Podiums at the Enduro World Series and to continue to have fun and progress
|Do you have another job outside of racing?||I was a physiotherapist before I turned Pro.|
|Why do you love cycling?|
I love the freedom and the places it takes you. For me, it incorporates everything I love; adventure, nature, adrenaline, cool equipment, health and fitness.
|Why do you love riding for Liv?|
It is great to be involved with a trusted and cool brand specifically dedicated to women. I love the design of the bikes and Liv gear so I can look good and feel fast on the tracks.
|What is your favorite place to travel?|
Anywhere with mountains. My favourite riding trips have been to Canada, Italy, and the French Alps.
|What is your favorite food?|
Sushi, muesli with fresh fruit, chocolate, burgers... I love food.
|Who is your favorite riding partner?|
I love riding with other fast ladies, it's really motivating and great fun to push/ encourage each other.

|What are the top 3 things on your "bucket list"?|
|Who taught you how to ride a bike/ got you into the sport of cycling?|
My parents got my brothers and me into biking at an early age, we would go on leisurely family rides together and picnics. When I was 15 I saw an ad in the newspaper advertising a local club ride and I went along. That was my first experience of mountain biking and was well out of my skill level but I absolutely loved it and enjoyed the challenge of a new sport that took me outdoors. I was hooked from day one and never looked back from there.
|Have you taught anyone how to ride a bike or introduced someone to the sport?|
When I was a teenager I tried to introduce my friends to this new and wonderful sport I had discovered. None of my friends were overly keen on it, I wasn't a great teacher back then and they all crashed on the first ride which put them off. After I became a physio, I was much better at breaking down movements and skills and being able to explain and teach. I actually taught a few of my patients with chronic pain to ride bikes again to help increase fitness and exercise tolerance in a low impact way. I then took it one step further and started coaching individuals and groups bike skills to raise money for my first year racing as a privateer.
|How do you plan to pass on your love of cycling in 2019 and beyond?|
Group rides and women-specific events aimed at fun and participation.
