CALIFORNIA AND NEW YORK CONSUMERS

For each and every bicycle purchased on this website by an individual consumer residing in the state of California or the state of New York during the time period commencing at 12:00 am (PST) on November 23, 2018 and ending at 11:59 pm (PST) on December 9, 2018, Giant will donate one youth bicycle to One Simple Wish, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity, located at 183 Scotch Rd, Ewing, NJ 08628, for a foster child in need located in the state of California or the state of New York, as applicable (per the underlying purchase).  One Simple Wish’s mission is to raise awareness about foster care and connect caring people to kids in need through a unique wish granting platform that allows anyone to browse and grant wishes made by young people impacted by foster care and those in under-served communities.  During this charitable campaign period, there is no limit to the number of bicycles that an individual consumer in the state of California or the state of New York may purchase and Giant will match each bicycle purchased with a donated youth bicycle.  Youth bicycles donated to One Simple Wish range from a retail value of $140 to $360 and may be trikes, push bikes, 12”-24” wheel, 20-BMX, or 26” cruisers for boys and girls, and will be selected based on such child’s age, size, and preference.  This contribution is not tax deductible to the individual consumer.
