Important: Please make note of the model name and serial number of your Liv bicycle.

Position of the frame serial number

You will find the frame number of your Liv bicycle on the seat tube, under the top tube, near the bottom bracket shell (crankset housing), on the underside of the bottom bracket shell or on the left rear dropout (rear hub).

In case of difficulties, check with your Authorized Liv Retailer to determine the location of the serial number on your bicycle. Keep your proof of purchase for reference; this record will also help you with any police investigation or insurance claim.
