What if the digital gift card doesn't cover my order total?

If your applied digital gift card doesn't cover the total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference.

Can I use more than one digital gift card on an order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept mutliple digital gift cards payments on individual orders.

Is using a prepaid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift card the same as using Liv Cycling USA digital gift cards?

No, you use those just like you would a credit or debit card (you can only use one per order).

Can I use my Liv Cycling USA digital gift card at a Liv Authorized Retailer store?

All Liv USA digital gift cards can only be used online. If there is a Giant/Liv/Momentum bicycle available at your local retailer that you see as ‘available’ on our website, you may use your digital gift card towards a purchase on Giant-Bicycles.com/us, Liv-Cycling.com/us, Momentum-Biking.com/us, or Cadex-Cycling.com/us

Can I use a digital gift card to purchase items to be shipped outside the contential United States.

At this time we are unable to fulfill orders to the following: Alaska, Hawai’i, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and PO Boxes. This also includes any non-US customers, digital gift cards purchased on this site are only valid for orders placed for fulfilment in the contental United States.

Can I purchase a digital gift card with other items?

Currently, digital gift cards must be purchased separately from other products.
