Safely Purchase with Liv Cycling

Improving the purchasing experience through e-commerce has allowed us to offer our customers more support and a wider array of options while making a purchase. There has also been a rise in fake websites advertising products at exceptionally low prices to defraud people.

Beware fraudulent websites, counterfeit product, and unscrupulous vendors. We always do our utmost to provide security to our customers and ensure the integrity of our products and brand.

We have compiled a short list of ways to spot a fraudulent website, and how to avoid scams.

Genuine Liv Products

Recognizing modified or counterfiet product can be difficult, but there are signs to look for when making a purchase:

  • Missing authentic colorways, badging, or stickers.
  • Poor construction quality or finish
  • Non-standard fonts, misspelled words
  • Misplaced or abnormal logo sizing
  • Heavily discounted price points

What to watch for:

Advertisments pushing bicycles at grossly reduced price points, such as 75%-90% off MSRP - are likely fraudulent or suspicious. Do not interact with advertisements with suspicious pricing. Do not provide personal information or payment information.

Liv Cycling, and our retailers, conform to a high standard of customer assurance and service. If you cannot contact the person you are purchasing your bicycle from, do not buy. You can always reach us directly at RiderSupport@GiantBicycle.com

We work closely with our retailers and will always ship to an authorized retailer for assembly. We always update our retail network and make the information readily available in our dealer locator.

Registering your bicycle is the quickest way to confirm your product is genuine, and it provides our licensed dealers an easier way to process any warranty claims, or service requests. Register your bike.
