Training for a triathlon is not easy. It takes patience, perseverance, sweat and tears. For months, you pour your heart and soul into preparing your body, mind and spirit. Then, in one day, it is over.

So, why tri? Everyone has a different reason. Whether it is your first triathlon or your 30th, there is something about the sport that makes you want to keep trying, to keep pushing your limits, to conquer something physical or something within yourself.
