The freshly formed CCC-Liv Team kicked off the 2019 road cycling season Friday when they unveiled the team’s new uniform, powered by Etxeondo.
The jersey, which transitions from vibrant orange to sleek black, was hand-crafted to offer a performance edge for racing at the highest level and to make a visible impact in Women’s WorldTour peloton. Donning the all-new kit for the reveal Friday was CCC-Liv Team riders Jeanne Korevaar and Pauliena Rooijakkers of the Netherlands. Korevaar, at 22 years old, will start her fifth professional racing season in 2019 after getting her start on Rabo-Liv Women’s Cycling Team in 2015.
"I am happy here and I feel that I can still learn from others,” said Korevaar. “I want to be at the top of the game more often in 2019 and gradually advance to an established name."
Friday’s event marked the end of a week-long camp in Denia, Spain where the full team was introduced to their new matte black Liv Langma Advanced SL race bikes. CCC-Liv Team will also be competing aboard the EnviLiv Advanced aero race bike, released in September. Stay tuned for more information on these bikes and CCC-Liv Team as they prepare for the 2019 season, which begins in Australia January 10 with the Santos Women’s Tour Down Under.
