The first thing that came to mind: teaching my rescue cat Mr. Smith, a hurricane Sandy rescue, how to love humans again.

I assemble things part-time as an Amazon tech and do advocacy work for POC in bicycles. Before all of this, I was a pre-school music teacher.

|Who taught you how to ride a bike/ got you into the sport of cycling?|
I moseyed my way into the sport through commuter life and fixie culture. Racing bikes has made me a more vibrant, more confident, more tenacious person! I'm a woman on a mission.
|Have you taught anyone how to ride a bike or introduced someone to the sport?|
Yes, and it never gets old!
|How do you plan to pass on your love of cycling in 2019 and beyond?|
I have so many projects big and small that I hope will get more folks into cycling. My virtual ride series "Do Better Together" and my Podcast "Quick Brown Foxes" are my most effective tools.
