Liv: What is your favorite thing about the Pique Advanced Pro 29?
Linda: The best thing about the Pique is how efficient it is for climbing, but it’s also really fast, nimble, stable, and fun on the downhills. So in this sense, it’s really good at everything! It’s an all-around great bike.
Liv: What kind of terrain does the Pique Advanced Pro 29 excel at?
Linda: In my opinion, the Pique performs best in technical terrain, like when it’s rooty and/or rocky. It’s a light bike, so you can just float over obstacles in the trail. This is also my favorite terrain to ride and race.
Liv: What is your favorite memory so far as a part of Liv Factory Racing?
Linda: It’s really hard to choose a favorite memory, because I have so many! It started with the first time I met Liz (Team Manager) and Drew (my mechanic) in Switzerland at the Cuore of Switzerland office for a photo and video shoot; we had a really nice time and I had a good feeling about joining my new team. I really just like spending time with the entire team, and “team time” is my favorite time.
Liv: What are you looking forward to most about the season ahead?
Linda: There are quite a few big races coming up that I’m looking forward to: The World Cup in Lenzerheide is a big goal and event for me each year, as I consider it my “home” race. I also look forward to going to North America in just a few weeks, and followed shortly after the North American block is European Championships in Munich and World Championships in Les Gets.
