On Saturday, Liv Triathlete Radka Kahlefeldt raced to another 70.3 triathlon victory at the Keszthely Triathlon in Hungary.
The race kicked off with a 1.9km swim in the warm waters of Lake Balaton. Kahlefeldt exited the water in the front and continued to extend her lead over the 90km bike leg aboard her Avow Advanced Pro and wearing her Attacca TT helmet. Though she did not win the run split, her first place position was not challenged and Kahlefeldt crossed the line four minutes ahead of her nearest competitor.
Kahlefeldt’s win came just six days after an impressive third place finish at Championship Samorin in Slovakia. Her strong performance at both international races has added to a series of podium finishes starting in March with her Ironman 70.3 Davao victory.
“I am feeling great and I am very happy with how my season is going,” said Kahlefeldt.
