Access to new trails and experiences is easily within reach thanks to the 200 km range of the ultra-reliable EnergyPak Smart 625Wh battery. The SyncDrive Pro motor, powered by Yamaha, delivers 80Nm of torque and has six speed control settings, ranging from 100-360%.
Integrated Design

How far can I expect to ride on a single battery charge?
The range for a single battery charge can vary greatly depending on conditions such as the combined weight of the rider and cargo; wind resistance; tyre pressure and tread profile; terrain and elevation changes; road or trail surface; outdoor temperature; maintenance of the E-Bike; and the condition of the battery.
The bar below gives an approximate range. Conditions are categorized as extreme, good and ideal. Extreme conditions typically occur when riding with a heavy load, strong headwinds or excessive climbs.

Vall E+ Pro features the top end SyncDrive Pro motor, which offers six levels of assistance, ranging from 100-360%, including Smart Assist mode. Designed to match you with just the right wheel size for balance and maneuverability, XS and S frames come with 27.5-inch wheels, while M frames give riders 29-inch wheels. Combining a smooth, integrated battery and powerful motor design, Liv’s 3F Design Philosophy provides an efficient ride. A 120mm suspension fork and seamless power integration allow you to get to the trailhead faster and climb steeper routes, so you can enjoy the vistas and descents.

Hybrid Cycling Technology is a system that combines electric power with human power to produce the most efficient, powerful and natural E-bike riding experience. It’s a seamless extension of a rider’s own power that sets Liv and Giant E-bikes apart from other “electric” bicycles. The system consists of four key innovative technologies that work in unison with your own body’s power output—a seamless extension of your own capabilities.
SyncDrive Pro
The even lighter weight and powerful SyncDrive Pro 2 motor comes in a compact package, delivering a performance-oriented ride. Weighing in at just 2.7kg (6.17lbs), it is 0.4kg (0.63lbs) lighter than the SyncDrive Pro.
Built to perform, you’ll experience no power loss while reaching higher levels of cadence. In fact, the SyncDrive Pro 2 motor maintains power support, making steep climbs more accessible. The motor also has narrow clutch spacing and kicks in instantly, which is especially noticeable on climbs when ratcheting is required to get up and over tricky sections. You can select the support ratios to a maximum of 400%, choosing exactly what you want to get from the motor to control how the E-bike handles.
RideControl Ergo
Access the functions of your Liv e-bike with intuitive RideControl handlebar controls. With a simple push of your thumb, you can change assist mode, activate lights, walk assist, and scroll through detailed information about your ride on a compatible display. The RideControl controls also display the battery capacity and the assistance mode used thanks to bright LEDs.
