Please note we are unable to assist with mechanical issues without being able to physically assess the bicycle - please visit your local Giant retailer who will be able to assist you in resolving the issue.

How does Click & Collect work?

Select Click & Collect during checkout and we will ship your order to a Giant / Liv retailer near your - you can see their location and opening hours to check they're convenient for you before you choose where to collect. Any bikes will be built and safety checked so they are ready to ride. We will email you when the order is despatched and when it is ready for collection.

Click & Collect is free when you spend €50 or more, for orders less than €50 we will charge €5.00.

We normally deliver to your chosen Click & Collect retailer within 2 working days of your order, orders containing bikes are usually ready within 5 working days of arriving in store. So with Click & Collect you get the convenience of ordering online plus local collection (so no waiting around for delivery slots) combined with the expertise of your local independent Giant / Liv retailer.

How does Home Delivery work?

Select Home delivery during checkout and we will ship your order to a Giant / Liv retailer near you, completely free of charge - the retailer will then build and safety check the bike before contacting you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Once you've agreed a day and time, the retailer will visit you at home or work and set the bike up so it is ready to ride.

We normally deliver to your chosen Home delivery retailer within 2 working days of your order, bikes are usually ready for delivery within 5 working days of arriving in store. So with Home delivery, you get the convenience of ordering online plus local delivery already set up by an expert from your local independent Giant / Liv retailer.

I have a complaint. What do I do?

If you ordered from one of our retailers please contact the retailer. If you ordered through our Giant or Giant brand store websites or you are not satisfied with a Giant retailer's response please contact us at Toll-Free 1800 814 280 between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday (except public bank holidays) or fill out our contact form.

How are returns handled?

For orders made outside of this time or where our standard returns policy is longer, you'll have 28 days from the day of delivery to return any unwanted items to us.

Custom fit products (bikes with cut seatposts or steerer tubes) can’t be returned unless faulty.

Returning Bike Orders - simply complete a model cancellation form, call us on Toll Free 1800 814 280 or email us to inform us you wish to cancel, then return the order to your original collection retailer.
