Stacey Irvine

Stacey Irvine is one of our newest additions to the Liv family, joining as a Liv Ambassador. Although Stacey is fairly new to the sport, she is a keen cyclist and has managed to accomplish a great amount whilst dealing with Chronic illness, something that she battles with on a daily basis. She enjoys doing time trials, track and road cycling. Her passion for sport started at a young age when she represented Scotland in competitive dressage. She now enjoys completing cycling and running events, some of which include Edinburgh Marathon, London Marathon and AJ Bell Triathlon at Olympic distance.

Originally from Scotland, but now based in London, you can often find Stacey riding round Battersea or Regent’s park. When she’s not on her bike, she enjoys other ways of keeping fit and healthy through food and yoga. She has a passion for nutrition and cooking and spends hours in the kitchen experimenting and trying new nutritious meals to help fuel her busy lifestyle. One day she hopes to bring out her own recipe book.

Stacey is also a qualified Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist and knows how to get a good training/life balance. She believes rest days are just as important as training days and likes to do yoga and weight training in between cycling. She wanted to encourage people to listen to their bodies, and know when to take time out to rest.

Stacey will be doing ride outs and events for women at Giant Store St Pauls and other Giant branded stores around London. She will be riding the Liv Avail Advanced along with her Liv Envie Advanced for 2018.
