Debbie Bradley, a Liv ambassador, full-time working mum and successful duathlete started the sport at a later age, running her first marathon in her thirties. This was a defining moment for her and it was here that she discovered her passion for competitive sport.
Debbie took up cycling as a way of cross-training but inevitably fell in love. Combining her love for running and cycling, she entered her first Duathlon for her 40th birthday. Less than twelve months later, she won the Gold in the 40-44 age category at the ITU World Duathlon Championships.
As a mum to 7-year-old Lillie, Debbie is passionate about the benefits of sport and keen to break down some of the barriers which stop women getting involved. Working full time as a Learning & Development Manager for Cancer Research UK, she understands the pressures of balancing work, training and family life and wants to share her experiences in the hope of inspiring other women.
Debbie has worked closely with Giant Store Leamington for years and has always been a Liv-enthusiast. It is here, along with Giant Newport Pagnell where she will be hosting her Liv Presents events and sharing her duathlon and cycling knowledge with you.
In 2018 Debbie will be riding the Langma Advanced Pro alongside her Envie and Avow bikes and is looking forward to spending as much time out on the road as possible.
