At Liv, we believe the future of women's cycling depends on creating opportunities for the next generation of athletes. The Liv Grassroots Program was created to help talented young riders from around the world access the support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities that help turn potential into possibility.
Developed in partnership with Equipo Kern Pharma, the program provides aspiring athletes with a unique opportunity to experience life as a professional cyclist. Through nominations from Liv's global teams, selected riders are invited to an immersive development camp in Spain, where they receive professional coaching, performance testing, nutrition guidance, and mentorship from experienced staff.
For Liv, the Grassroots Program is part of an ongoing commitment to growing women's cycling globally and helping remove barriers for talented athletes. Success isn't measured solely by results, but by the opportunities created, the confidence gained, and the future possibilities unlocked.
