| What piece of advice would you give your 13-year-old self? | Just be patient and the results will come. Enjoy every moment! |
| Why do you ride? | I am doing triathlon because I think the combination of three amazing sports is the best. It’s always fun, always different, and never boring. |
| Who inspires you? | I could take a lot of inspiration from many of my competitors but also from my husband who was a very successful triathlete and who is now coaching me. |
| What's your secret talent? | Commitment, consistency |
| What is one thing you learned about yourself in 2020? | I have learned that stressing about things you can’t control doesn’t help. It's better focus on things you can change or improve. Patience and flexibility was the main thing in 2020. Also I am learning to appreciate the health of my own body more and more. |
