Through cycling, I've made lifelong friends, seen 11 different countries, overcome fears, and found a way to make a profession doing what I love
|What is your favorite place to travel?||I enjoy exploring new countries, but I also love finding new trails or little known ways of connecting rides together in familiar places.|

My brothers and I used to adventure on our bikes growing up, we've continued to enjoy riding and competing together into adulthood.
|Have you taught anyone how to ride a bike or introduced someone to the sport?|
Coaching and teaching clinics have been rewarding. I love seeing people beaming after mastering something they weren't sure they could do.
|How do you plan to pass on your love of cycling in 2019 and beyond?|
I coach athletes ranging from juniors to masters 50+, with goals from winning Nationals to finishing a challenging event. I also lead clinics that combine teaching mountain bike skills with teaching healthy cooking and eating too.
