| Future Goals | To keep improving and enjoying cycling the way I always have, and hopefully one day become a professional cyclist. |
| Favorite Bike | The Liv Langma, which is the bike I currently ride. |
| Favorite Race | Vuelta a Mallorca |
| How did you start cycling? | I started cycling thanks to my family. My mother is passionate about cycling, just like my grandparents. Riding bikes was something we always enjoyed together at home. I remember my father spending many hours training when I was little, but it was my mother who often chose not to train so she could go on bike rides with me instead. It was completely normal for us to go out for a ride with my mother and sister. I also watched my mother compete many times, especially in cyclocross. The three of us used to go with my grandparents, and I would run all around the course cheering for her. So I’m certain that I got into cycling thanks to her. |
| What do you love most about cycling? | The freedom it gives me. It’s the perfect way to escape and disconnect. Cycling helps me connect with myself and makes me feel like who I truly am. Being able to enjoy it with my family and friends also fills my heart. |
| Favorite place to ride? | I love Calpe because of the cycling culture and the great weather. But honestly, I also deeply love my usual training area. The entire coast of Bizkaia is beautiful, but my favorite place to ride is Laida Beach. When I was younger, my mother and I used to ride there every week, eat a chocolate palm pastry, and then ride back home. |
| Dream vacation spot? | There are still many places I would love to visit, and it’s something I definitely want to do before I die. Right now, I’m especially drawn to places like Bolivia and Chile, maybe because of their culture and way of life. |
| Films or TV shows you love | I don’t usually watch much television, but when I do, it’s always something comedy-related. I really love the series Sex and the City because it’s something my sister and I usually watch together, and we laugh a lot. |
| Favorite Book? | “El placebo eres tú” by Joe Dispenza. It’s a book I read last year with a friend who had cancer. It’s the best book in the world. |
| Words to Live by | Carpe diem — enjoy every moment to the fullest without worrying about tomorrow. |
