How does our Delivery service work?
Simply, add the bike and gear items to your basket then select Delivery at checkout. When your order is placed, your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic and carefully packed for delivery on a weekday, that you choose. Once the courier delivers the bike to your home address, only minimal assembly of fitting the pedals and adjusting the handlebars and saddle is required.
We commit to bike delivery within 5 to 7 working days of placing an order.
We aim for a next day delivery service for mainland Britain and 48 hours for Northern Ireland with gear items.
Delivery is only available for select models and does not include bikes with and integrated seatpost, a basket, sale bikes sub £1,000 and Enviliv and Avow models.
