At Liv we offer a 28 day return window on most products purchased from our website, starting from the first day that you receive your item(s). The only products not eligible are bicycles with an Integrated Seat Post. For more information please visit the ISP section in our FAQ's below.


If you wish to cancel your bike order, please complete an online Model Cancellation Form, email us at, or call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110.

We then ask if you could please return the bike to the Liv Retailer where the bike was collected from. If you haven't already collected the bike, please notify us by using one of the listed methods above.

All origional paperwork must be returned as well any additional items supplied with the goods such as Shock Pumps for Maestro Suspension equipped models, racks, mudguards, pedals etc.

Once you return to the Liv Retailer where the goods were delivered, please advise the store that the goods were purchased on the Liv webshop and that you have completed an online Model Cancellation Form, emailed us at, or called us on Freephone 0800 0159 110.

The Liv Retailer will inspect the goods and contact Liv. Liv will then arrange a collection from the Liv Retailer and inspect the products.

In order to return the goods to Liv you will need to have completed an online Model Cancellation Form, called us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or emailed us at as above.

You will then need to package the items for return adequately to avoid loss or damage in transit and obtain a proof of postage. Please include the order reference number in the package (ideally print off your order confirmation which contains details of the order). Gear items can be returned at your own cost to;

Liv will then inspect the goods and process your refund unless there is an issue, in which case we will contact you immediately.


Liv will refund the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days from the date you return the Goods to the Liv Dealer. Where the value of the Goods has been reduced as a result of the handling and/or use of the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature characteristics and functioning, we may either deduct an amount equal to any loss in value of the Goods from any refund due to you or recover such amount from you as a debt from you to us.

If you believe your goods are faulty please complete an online Model Cancellation Form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us at and specify if you want a refund or replacement. Please then return the items following the cancellation procedure above. Following inspection we will either issue you a refund or replace the goods as requested

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange goods - if you have purchased the incorrect size, please cancel the order using our cancellation form for a full refund and re-order the correct size. For finance orders, please ensure the agreement has been cancelled before re-ordering, as you may end up with multiple finance agreements.

If you return your goods to your chosen Click & Collect / Home Set Up Giant Dealer for refund you must have your order reference number to enable the Liv Dealer to check their records. (This order reference number appears in your order confirmation email).

It's important that returned goods are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Please see our full Webshop Terms & Conditions of Sale.

For Integrated Seatpost design (ISP) bicycles, we provide guidelines on measuring up, so we do recommend you use these before committing to your order. Take a look at our sizing guides. You can also contact us with specific sizing issues by calling Freephone 0800 0159 110. When you collect the goods at your chosen Click & Collect store the Liv Dealer will be able to advise on sizing before cutting the Integrated Seatpost. Please make sure you are completely happy with the sizing and that the goods are sized specifically for their purpose. We are unable to accept returns on these goods when the seatpost has been cut. We recommend having a professional bike fit such as Giant PowerFit.
