Returns can be made within 28 days from the delivery of all of the goods you have ordered. You cannot return goods which are custom fit products (see ‘Goods we’re unable to refund’ below) unless they are faulty.
Returning Bike orders
Complete an online Model Cancellation Form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods to the Liv retailer where the goods were delivered to you (or in the case of Home delivery – to the Liv retailer who delivered your order)
Returning Gear Only orders
Complete an online Model Cancellation Form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us at email@example.com and return the goods to Liv at your own cost using our returns address (please obtain proof of postage and ensure items are adequately packaged to avoid loss or damage in transit)
Returning your order to the Liv retailer
In order to return the goods to the Liv retailer you will need to have completed an online Model Cancellation Form, called us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or emailed us at firstname.lastname@example.org as above. You will also need your order reference and the goods you wish to return.
Please note all original paperwork must also be returned along with any other additional items supplied with the goods such as Shock Pumps for Maestro Suspension equipped models, pedals, racks, mudguards etc.
When you arrive at the store where the goods were delivered, please advise the store that the goods were purchased on the Liv webshop and that you have completed an online Model Cancellation Form, called us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or emailed us at email@example.com.
The Liv Dealer will inspect the goods and contact Liv. Liv will then arrange collection of the goods from the Liv Dealer store and inspect the goods.
Returning your order to Liv
You will then need to package the items for return adequately to avoid loss or damage in transit and obtain a proof of postage. Please include the order reference number in the package (ideally print off your order confirmation which contains details of the order). Gear items can be returned at your own cost to;

Liv will then inspect the goods.
Please note: Bike orders cannot be returned to this address – these must be returned to the Liv Dealer where you collected your order (Click & Collect) / who delivered your order (Home delivery) following the process above.
When to expect your refund
Liv will refund the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days from the date you return the Goods to the Liv Dealer.
Where the value of the Goods has been reduced as a result of the handling and/or use of the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature characteristics and functioning, we may either deduct an amount equal to any loss in value of the Goods from any refund due to you or recover such amount from you as a debt from you to us.
Exchange For Alternative Size
If the items you have ordered are the incorrect size please follow the General Cancellation process above.
You can then create a new order on the Liv webshop at www.giant-bicycles.com/gb or alternatively place an order through any Liv Retailer for the correct size item. You can find your nearest Liv Retailer here.
If you believe your goods are faulty please complete an online Model Cancellation Form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify if you want a refund or replacement.
Please then return the items following the ‘General Cancellation’ process above.
Following inspection we will either issue you a refund or replace the goods as requested.
Proof of purchase
If you return your goods to your chosen Click & Collect / Home delivery Liv Dealer for refund you must have your order reference number to enable the Liv Dealer to check their records. (This order reference number appears in your order confirmation email)
Condition of returns
It's important that returned goods are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Please see our full Webshop Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Goods we're unable to refund
Unless faulty we cannot refund models with Integrated Seatposts that have been cut to size, on models that have had the steerer tube cut to size or on goods that have had non-original parts fitted. Please ensure that you are completely happy with the seatpost or steerer tube height before it is cut by the Liv Dealer and before any non-original parts are fitted as we cannot refund these goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Buying Integrated Seatpost design (ISP) bicycles
For Integrated Seatpost design (ISP) bicycles, we provide guidelines on measuring up, so we do recommend you use these before committing to your order. Take a look at our sizing guides. You can also contact us with specific sizing issues by calling Freephone 0800 0159 110.
When you collect the goods at your chosen Click & Collect store the Liv Dealer will be able to advise on sizing before cutting the Integrated Seatpost. Please make sure you are completely happy with the sizing and that the goods are sized specifically for their purpose.
We are unable to accept returns on these goods when the seatpost has been cut.
