This low carbohydrate and slow releasing protein shake is the perfect bedtime recovery snack...

What you need:
-150g of 0% fat cottage cheese
-125ml skimmed milk
-½ tsp of vanilla essence
-6 frozen strawberries
What to do:
-First combine the cottage cheese with the milk and vanilla essence in a blender and blitz until it forms a smooth texture.
-Then add the frozen strawberries and begin to blend again.
-Finally, pour this healthy and tasty treat into a glass and drink immediately for a thick shake consistency.
