At Liv, regardless of whether you use our click & collect service or our home delivery service, you can rest assured that any bikes within the order will be fully assembled and PDI checked.

LIV CLICK & COLLECT

Liv's click & collect service is free for orders over £50 and for orders under this amount, we charge a flat rate of £5.

HOW IT WORKS

Before adding a product to the cart or at the checkout stage of our website, you will be given the option to select a store to collect from.

Once you have completed your order, if the Liv retailer does not hold stock of the ordered item/s in-store, the product/s will be received by the store within 7-10 working days. If a bike is within your order, the assembly is usually completed within a further 5 working days.

When your order is ready, you will be notified through email, whereby, you can simply visit the selected store with the required identification, as stipulated in the ID table, below.

LIV HOME DELIVERY

With Liv home delivery, when your bike is delivered, you get more than a bike dropped at the door – you have peace of mind knowing that a mechanic from a Liv authorised store has fully built and PDI checked the bike, so it's ready to ride as soon as you receive it.

This service is completely free of charge.

HOW IT WORKS

If you have a bike in your cart, at the checkout stage of our website, if the home delivery option is not greyed out, you can select home delivery.

Once you have completed a home delivery order, if the Liv retailer does not hold stock of the ordered item/s in-store, the product/s will be received by the store within 7-10 working days. The bike assembly is usually completed within a further 5 working days.

The retailer will build and safety check the bike before contacting you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Once you've agreed a day and time, the store will visit you at home or work and hand-deliver the bike, on receipt of the required identification, as stipulated in the ID table, below.

Please note - for orders using finance, the delivery address must be the same address as stated in the finance agreement.

Home delivery does not apply to locations that require overseas travel by ferry (such as the Isle of Wight).

CLICK & COLLECT FAQS

When you arrive at your selected store, please go to the till, whereby, one of the store staff will check your identification document/s and relinquish your order.

In order for an order to be relinquished to you, the ID specified below needs to be provided to the store staff.

Valid driving license or passport matching your name
The original payment card matching your name, the last 4 digits of your long card number and the card expiry date

V12 Retail Finance
A copy of your credit agreement (an online copy is acceptable)
A valid passport or driving licence
A utility bill with the same address as the order (no less than 3 months old)
The card you used to place the deposit (the last 4 digits need to match)

If you are unable to collect your order 5 days from receiving your order’s collection email, please contact us.

We will initially contact you regarding the un-collected order. If no response is received, your order will be cancelled 30 days after the order was ready for collection.

Due to security, our Liv dealer stores are only able to relinquish Click & Collect orders to the individual under the order.
