- We will email you to confirm your order.
- We will email you a receipt for your order.
- We will email you to tell you we have shipped your order to your chosen Liv Retailer.
- We will email you when the goods arrive at your chosen Liv Retailer.
- We will email you when your order is ready – for Click & collect orders this will tell you when you can collect your order, for Home Delivery orders we will let you know that your chosen Liv retailer will be in touch shortly – then your chosen Liv Retailer will contact you to arrange a Home Delivery time.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us by using the Contact Form on the Contact Us page of the website.
If when you collect or have your order delivered your item needs to be changed, for upgraded Liv or Giant goods or an alternative size then you need to follow our Exchange Procedure. At this point, the contract for the sale of the goods with Giant is cancelled and you will need to enter into a new contract of sale with the retailer.
