At Liv, we want to ensure you have the best experience with your new bike, that’s why we don’t deliver bikes in boxes. With Liv Home Delivery, when your bike is delivered you get more than a bike dropped at the door – you the peace of mind knowing that a Liv/Giant authorised retailer has fully built the bike and it's ready to go as soon as you receive it. Any company can deliver a bike in a box, but no-one else offers a unique service like Liv home delivery. 

When we say ready to ride we mean it - you have peace of mind that your bicycle is delivered completely built and fully checked by a Liv authorised mechanic – working only with local authorised Liv Retailers your bike will be delivered ready to ride.

How does Liv Home Delivery work?

When you checkout orders that include bikes, if there is a Home Delivery Retailer that covers your area you will be given the option to choose Home Delivery (you will be presented with a choice of Liv retailers that offer the service in your area). When the order arrives at the Liv Retailer, we will email you to let you know that the Liv Retailer will contact you to arrange a suitable Home Delivery time. The Liv Retailer will then visit you at the agreed time and deliver the bike as agreed. Please note, for orders using finance the Home Delivery address must be the same address as stated in the Finance Agreement - failure to produce the documentation will result in the bike having to be collected in store. 

How much does Liv Home Delivery cost?

Liv Home Delivery is completely free of charge. 

Changing or cancelling an order

We're sorry but it is not normally possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add items to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to cancel the order completely, please fill in the cancellation form on our website

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered to your chosen Click & Collect Giant Dealer store, then you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted goods.

There are some goods which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including cut or modified items - please visit our terms and conditions for more information.

Keeping track your order

We will contact you throughout the order process so you will know what is happening with your order;

  • We will email you to confirm your order
  • We will email you a receipt for your order
  • We will email you to tell you we have shipped your order to your chosen Liv Retailer
  • We will email you when the goods arrive at your chosen Liv Retailer
  • We will email you when your order is ready – for Click & collect orders this will tell you when you can collect your order, for Home Delivery orders we will let you know that your chosen Liv retailer will be in touch shortly – then your chosen Liv Retailer will contact you to arrange a Home Delivery time.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us by using the Contact Form on the Contact Us page of the website.

If when you collect or have your order delivered your item needs to be changed, for upgraded Liv or Giant goods or an alternative size then you need to follow our Exchange Procedure. At this point, the contract for the sale of the goods with Giant is cancelled and you will need to enter into a new contract of sale with the retailer.

Please note - if you are unable to produce the correct documentation during the home delivery attempt, the bike will have to be collected in store. Failure to collect within 14 working days will result in the bike being returned and a full refund issued.
