The brilliant Chloe from The Yoga Revolution will bring good vibes and expertly guide you through yoga flows focusing on strength and flexibility that can enhance your cycling.
After your energising yoga, join our live demonstration of some simple but tasty 'back pocket' energy snacks that you can make at home. Don't worry, samples are included!
The evening will be relaxed, informal and social and we will keep you refreshed while you catch up with your cycling pals and browse our super 2020 gear and bike range at the UK's only Liv Cycling store, dedicated entirely to women's cycling.
