Our free delivery service allows you to get your bike delivered to your home address within 5 to 7 working days of placing an order. Your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic, carefully packed and delivered to your front door so once you un-box it, only minimal assembly of fitting the pedals and adjusting the handlebars and saddle is required. Our Rider Support Team are on hand to help you at any point, and we also have a bunch of helpful and quick instruction videos to get you rolling safely. We offer a free Bike Health Check with each Delivery order.

For all bike orders, you can rest assured that one of our amazing trained mechanics will fully build and safety check your bike, ensuring your ride is good to go.
This service is completely free of charge for orders over £50 and for orders under, there is a £5 charge.

We want your to be happy with your goods, but if you’re not for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date to return your items.
Can parts and accessories be delivered?
Unfortunately, not.
How long does it take for a bike to be delivered?
We will deliver the bike within five to seven working days.
Can my bike be delivered on the weekend?
Unfortunately, not. Our courier delivers between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
Which products are not available for delivery?
Parts and accessories, framesets bikes with an integrated seatpost, bikes with a basket, sale bikes sub £1,000 and Enviliv and Avow models.

Why do I need to keep the bike box?
In case you need to return the bike.
Can the order be delivered to a different address other than the billing address?
Unfortunately, not.
Can I change my delivery address once in transit?
Unfortunately, no.
Can I add delivery notes to my order?
Unfortunately, no.
Why can’t my order be left in a safe place?
Due to the high value of our products, we do not offer this option.
Can I change the delivery date once the bike is dispatched?
Unfortunately, no. However, once TNT attempts delivery, they will leave a card with instructions on re-arranging delivery, or you can request this on the TNT website.

Can any Liv retailer provide my free Bike Health Check?
Any Liv store that offers our Delivery service will provide your first free Bike Health Check. If you're unsure which stores offer our Delivery service, please contact our Rider Support team.
Do I need to place separate orders when the Click & Collect items are from different stores?
Yes, you have to check out each order separately.
How do I collect my Click & Collect order at the store?
Go to the selected pick-up store; a staff member will check your identification so you can collect your order.
What do I need to bring when collecting my Click & Collect order?
A valid driving license or passport matching your name needs to be provided to the store.
How do I know when to collect my order?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to collect.
What will happen if I can’t collect the Click & Collect order on time?
Please contact us if you cannot collect your order within five days.
Can someone different from the billing addressee, collect the order?
Our retailer can only provide Click & Collect orders to the individual whose name is on the order.
