If your inquiry is regarding a warranty claim or warranty-related issue, before contacting us, please read our dedicated warranty section. Please be aware that we are unable to assist with mechanical issues or warranty-related matters without being able to physically assess the bicycle. Therefore, in order for an examination to be completed, please visit your local Liv retailer with proof of purchase.

To enable us to provide the most efficient service, please provide your order number and/or the frame number of the bicycle (if applicable) within your correspondence.

Warranty Information

If you wish to start a warranty claim, please take the bicycle (along with the proof of purchase) to your local Giant retailer. All warranty work has to be through a Giant authorised retailer, so they can advise on the best course of action to getting your issue resolved.

You just need to take your proof of purchase, along with your bike, to your local Giant retailer. We’d advise contacting the retailer where you purchased the bike in the first instance.

Please note, we are unable to diagnose any issues without physically inspecting the bike itself, therefore it will need to be taken to a Giant retailer in order for a warranty claim to proceed.

Any Giant retailer can perform a warranty repair or replacement. However, we would always recommend contacting the retailer where you purchased the bike from as the original contract of sale is between yourself and them.

If a warranty case is approved, we will replace the part(s) free of charge. However, this does not cover any labour charges accrued in changing over the parts. Please note, labour charges are applied at the discretion of the individual retailer and not by Giant UK, so please speak to the retailer before conducting any work if you are concerned about this.

Any components not manufactured by Giant (Such as Shimano or SRAM drivetrain parts, for example) are covered by their original manufacturer and not through Giant. You can contact your Giant retailer of purchase for assistance in the first place. Please note, warranty decisions cannot be made over the phone or via email, so the manufacturer will need to inspect the part before any decision can be made.

How does Home Delivery work?

If you select Home Delivery during checkout and we will ship your order to a Giant/Liv/Cadex retailer near you - the retailer will then build and safety check the bike before contacting you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Once you've agreed a day and time, the retailer will visit you at home or work (for finance orders this must be the same address as in your finance agreement) and hand-deliver the bike.

We normally deliver to your chosen Home Delivery retailer within 2 working days of your order, whereby, bikes are usually ready for delivery within 5 working days of arriving in store. With Home Delivery, you get the convenience of ordering online whilst having local delivery at a convenient time, by an expert from your local independent Giant/Liv/Cadex retailer.

How does financing work?

0% Finance on orders £99+ 

Finance is available on any basket value over £99 through PayPal. Simply add the item(s) to your basket, checkout with PayPal and apply for PayPal instant credit. If approved, you can complete your purchase immediately.

0% Finance on orders £500+

Finance is available on selected bikes ordered through our website over £500, provided by Creation Consumer Finance. The finance offers available are product specific and are displayed on eligible products.

When you proceed with your order simply choose Creation Consumer Finance during checkout and you will be redirected to the Creation website to complete your application. As part of the first step of the application, you will be checked to see if you are eligible to apply based on 10 questions and without leaving a credit search visible to a 3rd party. If you don't qualify, you will be prompted to return to the basket to pay via an alternative method.

If your application is successful, your order will be confirmed to Giant - we will contact you by email to confirm your order is proceeding. If your application is unsuccessful Creation Consumer Finance will inform you and your order will be automatically cancelled.

I have a complaint. What do I do?

If you ordered from one of our retailers please contact the retailer. If you ordered through our Giant UK or Giant Stores websites or you are not satisfied with a Giant retailer's response please contact us at Freephone 0800 0159 110 between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday (except public bank holidays) or fillout our contact form..

How are returns handled?

For all orders placed through the website, you'll have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us. 

Custom fit products (bikes with cut seatposts or steerer tubes) can’t be returned unless faulty.

Returning Bike Orders - simply complete a model cancellation form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us to inform us you wish to cancel, then return the order to your original collection retailer.
