What is the main cycling discipline you ride/race? | I love the time trial - that was how I got into cycling. The discipline is simple. Go as hard and as fast as possible from a to b. |
Favorite Liv bike? | Has to be the new Avow! But I also love my EnviLiv. It can really do it all. From the high mountains to the cobbles of Roubaix, it’s so versatile |
How did you get into cycling? | I always rode a bike as a means to get some extra training in around my rowing sessions. My dad was really into it, as well. At 16 years old, I saved up and got my first bike, secondhand (a Liv Avail). |
Where is your favorite place to ride? | Nice, France is absolutely stunning. The Victorian high country here in Australia is also close to my heart. You’re on a road trip to your favorite riding spot. |
You’re on a road trip to your favorite riding spot. Are you listening to a podcast or music? What’s on your playlist? | Music! I’m loving Zero 7 at the moment, and King Princess. |
If you could choose a person to ride with (anywhere in the world, living or not living), who would it be? | I’ll change this and say I’d love to ride all over the world, see all my favourite people and ride with each of them for a little bit. These relationships are my true wealth. |
What would you say to a non-cyclist or someone who is just getting into the sport to encourage them? | This sport is for every body to ride with everybody. No matter your experience, ambition or discipline, there is a community for you. |
Do you have a favorite cycling tip to share? | Tyres have a right way and wrong way to go on! Oh, and carbs are definitely your friend. |
Words you live by... | Fun activates change more quickly than protest. |
