| What is the main cycling discipline you ride/race? | I was a full-time professional enduro athlete for 10 years, but now I just love all bikes and enjoy riding, racing, and coaching everything—from Enduro and XC to Gravel and jump bikes. At the end of the day, it's all about having fun on two wheels! |
| Favorite Liv bike? | Right now, my Intrigue X is hands down my favorite bike. The adjustable geometry with the flip chip and adjustable headset reach gives me endless options to fine-tune it for any ride or terrain. I love how customizable it is—it feels completely personalized to me. Plus, the paint colors are absolutely stunning! |
| How did you get into cycling? | I learnt to ride a bike when I was 5 years old. I always wanted to bike next to my dad when he was going for a run, then it became a way of going to school. It was only in my teens when I discovered it could be a sport. |
| Where is your favorite place to ride? | I love riding in my home town in Nelson, New Zealand. World class trails all super natural and technical. |
| You’re on a road trip to your favorite riding spot. Are you listening to a podcast or music? What’s on your playlist? | Podcasts and audiobooks for road trips and music for training. |
| If you could choose a person to ride with (anywhere in the world, living or not living), who would it be? | I love riding with my friends. I don’t think anything can beat that. |
| What would you say to a non-cyclist or someone who is just getting into the sport to encourage them? | Cycling is all about freedom and fun—there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Start at your own pace, enjoy the ride, and don’t worry about speed or what you’re wearing—just get out and ride. |
| Do you have a favorite cycling tip to share? | "Heels down, eyes up" A simple but essential tip—keeps you balanced, in control, and ready for whatever the trail throws at you. |
| Words you live by... | Progress over perfection. |
