Elizabeth Walker

Team Manager

From Leadville, CO, USA, Elizabeth went mountain biking for the first time at 21, and was hooked right away. A couple of years later, while working in a bike shop, she met demo drivers from another brand and thought, “What a cool job! I want to do that when I grow up!” Fast forward a few years, and she landed a role as Liv’s East Coast demo driver in 2015, traveling the country with her dog, Raider.

After 3.5 years, she stepped away to finish her MBA but was fortunate to return in late 2019 to manage Liv Racing. Since then, she has had the honor of building the structure of our sports marketing programs and creating an environment where women have the support they need to race—and thrive—professionally.

Current Liv Ride: “The Intrigue Advanced Pro 29 is my go-to MTB for nearly any terrain.”

Why Liv: “Liv Racing is an extension of the Liv brand, existing to provide greater opportunities and equity for women in professional cycling—whether as athletes or staff. I'm a fierce feminist who believes professional sports were never designed with women or underrepresented communities in mind. As someone in a position of privilege, I see it as my responsibility to help reimagine and activate what true support for female athletes, staff, and our male allies can look like."

Rae Morrison

Technical Coach

Hailing from New Zealand, Rae brings a wealth of experience to the Liv Factory Racing XC Team as a Technical Coach, helping riders sharpen their skills and maximize race-day performance.

Before stepping into coaching, Rae spent nearly a decade as a professional mountain biker—most of it with Liv as an enduro athlete. Along the way, she claimed national titles, a World Cup stage win, and multiple top-five World Cup finishes. But her roots? They’re in XC racing. Coaching has always been a passion, so coming full circle to support riders in XC feels like the perfect fit.

Current Liv Ride: “The Liv Intrigue X. With its adjustable geometry, it’s like having three bikes in one—super fun and versatile!”

Why Liv? “It’s a brand that truly puts women first—creating opportunities, support, and gear specifically designed for female athletes. It’s an inspiring, supportive, and just plain fun team to be a part of!”

Jessica Brousseau

Team Mechanic

From Surrey, BC, Canada, Jess Brousseau never imagined bikes would take her this far. Her journey into the cycling world wasn’t exactly planned—it all started in her early 30s when she was just looking for a job. A friend offered her an interview at a Vancouver bike shop, and even though she knew next to nothing about bikes, she figured, "Why not?" Turns out, she had a knack for it. Before long, she was wrenching on bikes full-time, loving every second of it.

One gig led to another, and soon she was at Sea Otter, wrenching for Liv’s Enduro team. It was intense. It was fun. And it opened the door to a whole new adventure. Cross Country racing? Sure, why not. Cyclocross with the Canadian national team? Why not that, too?

These days, Jess is still fully immersed in the bike world—guest wrenching at shops, teaching wheel building, and helping out with repairs all over BC.

Current Liv Ride: “My favorite bike lately is the Devote. It caters to my cycling needs.”

Why Liv? “From the start, Liv has been a place where I can be 100% myself. I’ve been welcomed with open arms and never felt out of place. That’s why I’ve stuck around all these years.”

Paige Stuart

Team Mechanic

Paige Stuart has been a team mechanic for Liv since early 2021, keeping bikes dialed for the gravel and XC racers competing in the ultra-competitive Lifetime Grand Prix series. Before that, she honed her skills as a service manager at a busy bike shop in Moab, Utah—one of the best places in the world to tinker, ride, and embrace the dirt life.

Paige has always been a fixer. Whether it’s bikes, DIY projects, or anything else that needs some hands-on problem-solving, she’s all in. After trying out several career paths, she found bike mechanics checked all the right boxes—physically and mentally engaging, but without the wear and tear of more demanding trades like welding or construction. Plus, the best part? Bikes come with a built-in community of like-minded adventurers.

Current Liv Ride: “Though not a bike-packing bike by design, I love loading the Pique up with all my gear/ water/ and food and setting out for epic long overnight adventures in remote places.”

Why Liv? “The culture of supporting and elevating women. In every part of this brand—athletes, marketing, design, engineering, management—there are rad women being great at what they do. Getting to work alongside them is a huge highlight.”

Drew Dokken

Team Mechanic

Based in Leadville, CO, Drew’s path into pro cycling mechanics started at the ground level—literally. Working with Giant Bicycles at product launches and media camps, he did it all: setting up fencing, signage, and demo bikes, washing them late into the night, and then doing it all over again the next day. Over time, he transitioned into more hands-on mechanical work and eventually learned the fast-paced world of race mechanics.

Years of grinding it out—working race events with a “can-do” attitude while holding down a shop job in Leadville—paid off when he got the call to be a team mechanic with Giant Factory Off-Road Racing. When Liv Factory Racing stepped onto the World Cup XC scene in 2021, he split duties between the two. By 2023, Liv had grown into a standalone team, and Drew fully committed to the women’s squad.

Favorite Liv bike to work on? “The Liv Pique—straightforward, easy to work on, with a simplified FlexPoint rear triangle and internal cable routing that doesn’t run through the headset (thankfully). Plus, watching the ladies absolutely rip on this bike is a real treat—climbing with ease, descending with grace.”

Ajda Hrastnik

Physiotherapist

Hailing from Slovenia, Ajda Hrastnik has dedicated her career to keeping athletes strong, healthy, and race-ready. Her journey into physiotherapy started in Ljubljana, where she pursued her studies with a clear goal: to work in the sports industry. That vision quickly became reality when she landed an opportunity with the Austrian mountain bike team, launching her into the fast-paced world of the MTB World Cup. She’s been hooked ever since.

Over the years, Ajda has continued to expand her expertise, earning a master’s degree and building a thriving private practice. By early 2025, she’ll celebrate a decade of running her own clinic, where she leads a team of young, passionate physiotherapists focused on rehabilitation and performance. When she’s not working with athletes, she’s out being one—skiing in the winter, mountain biking, climbing, and hiking as soon as the snow melts.

Why Liv?: “It’s more than a team; it’s a family, a culture, a way of life.”

Inês Rahtz

Team Chef

Based in Oxford, UK, Inês Rahtz has always had a deep connection to cycling—riding everywhere from school to work, to the shops, and, of course, off on adventures. Now, she’s combining that lifelong passion with another: feeding people. As the Liv Factory Racing team chef, she brings energy, creativity, and a love of good food to the World Cup circuit.

Inês' journey into professional cooking started at a local food surplus café, where she learned to cook in large quantities while adapting to ever-changing ingredients. She honed her skills further by running festival crew kitchens, crafting meals for over 200 people out of camp kitchens in the middle of fields. After getting a taste of World Cup cheffing with Trek Factory Racing last year, she’s excited to dive back in—this time, fueling some of the world’s best cyclists.

Current Liv Ride: “I bought a Liv Brava years ago, and it was my dream do-everything bike—dabbling in cyclocross racing, bikepacking, adventuring, and just zipping around town. It was my gateway into the joy of off-road cycling.”
