Liv Racing paratriathlete Allysa Seely accepted her first ESPY Wednesday night in Los Angeles for the Best Female Athlete with a Disability. Nominated for her flawless 2018 season, Seely won thanks to votes from fans like you!

The annual ESPY Awards, an evening celebrating the year’s greatest athletes and moments in sport, took place Wednesday, July 10 in Los Angeles. Liv Racing’s own Allysa Seely took home her first ESPY for best female athlete with a disability.

The Paralympic gold medalist finished 2018 with a perfect season, capped off by reclaiming her World Championship title in Gold Coast, Australia. With such an incredible year, it was no wonder Seely was named USA Triathlon’s Elite Paratriathlete of the Year in March. Continuing her winning streak into 2019, Seely accepted the ESPY Wednesday night still undefeated as she heads into the final races of the season.

”It was such an incredible night that would have not been possible without the endless support from so many people,” said Seely. “I am so grateful for the amazing community around me and beside me.”
