High-performance grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory. The mainframe and rear swingarm are handcrafted with monocoque construction for optimized stiffness-to-weight and an ultra-responsive ride quality.
Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages work together to create a single floating pivot point for the most active, efficient, and reliable suspension system.
The upper rocker arm is crafted using Advanced Forged Composite Technology which offers increased stiffness, durability, and lighter weight.
Our oversized fork steerer tube technology is specifically engineered to deliver precise front-end steering performance. With oversized headset bearings (1-1/2” lower and 1-1/8” upper) and tapered steerer tube, this system works together to provide the ideal balance of steering stiffness and responsiveness.
Integrated shock mount produces a lower leverage ratio for increased pedaling and braking efficiency.
The flip chip – Maestro 3 allows you to quickly adjust the frame geometry to match your riding style and rear-wheel size choice. It includes two flip chips: a high/low chip and a mid-position chip. Transitioning from low to mid changes the seat tube and head tube angles by 0.4 degrees, and from mid to high by 0.3 degrees. The bottom bracket height adjusts by 5mm between the three positions.
The flip chip – headset features two different “chips”, or headset cups, placing the headset/reach in either a -5mm (short), 0mm (mid), or +5mm (long) offset position. This allows you to customize the bike’s reach to suit your preference and individual fit.
Frame sizes XS and S are solely designed for an MX configuration – 29-inch wheel up front and 27.5-inch wheel in the rear. Frame sizes M and L come equipped with 29-inch wheels up front and in the rear and can accommodate a 27.5-inch wheel in the rear.
This tubeless wheelsystem features lightweight carbon rims with Wide Guard technology, providing a 30mm inner rim width and a sturdy 5mm sidewall for enhanced durability and puncture resistance, while supporting lower tire pressure for improved grip and control on rough terrain. Maximum tire size is 2.5 inches.
Boost 15x110 [F], 12x148 [R] hub spacing, combined with Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) compatibility, enhances stiffness, trail handling, tire clearance, and drivetrain durability.
Underneath the top tube, discover a set of frame mounts to secure a compact gear bag — perfect for must-have tools or snacks.
Open a latch on the down tube to reveal an internal compartment that contains a water-resistant bag where you can store essential items including an inner tube, CO2 cartridge, tire lever, snacks, or a multi-tool.
The drive-side chainstay and down tube are equipped with frame protection to guard against rocks and debris, while a clear 3M protective strip on the upper part of the down tube safeguards the frame during shuttle vehicle transport.
