Ordering a bike online has never been easier, and Liv is making sure you can continue to support your local bike shop while staying safe. Hundreds of Liv retailers are now offering FREE home delivery on online bike purchases. You can still get your dream bike without having to leave your home; just choose your bike and at checkout we’ll show you a list of Liv retailers who are offering free home delivery in your area.

Once you place your order, your selected retailer will be notified and their certified mechanic will assemble your new bike, then they will contact you to arrange delivery of your new bike. It’s that simple!

When you checkout orders that include bikes, if there is a Home Delivery Retailer that covers your area you will be given the option to choose Home Delivery. When the order arrives at the Liv Retailer, we will email you to let you know that the Liv Retailer will contact you to arrange a suitable Home Delivery time. The Liv Retailer will then visit you at the agreed time and deliver the bike as agreed.
Home delivery is available at participating Liv Home Delivery retailers. After you complete your checkout and select the home delivery option, your bicycle is delivered completely built and fully checked by a Liv authorized mechanic – working only with local authorized Liv Retailers your bike will be delivered ready to ride.

How much does Liv Home Delivery cost?

Normally home delivery is $50, but during this time we are covering this to offer free home delivery.

Changing or cancelling an order

We're sorry but it is not normally possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add items to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to cancel the order completely, please fill in the cancellation form on our website.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered to your selected retailer, then you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted goods. There are some goods which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including cut or modified items - please visit our Customer Support page for more information.

Keeping track of your order

  • We will email you to confirm your order
  • We will email you a receipt for your order
  • We will email you to tell you we have shipped your order to your selected Liv Retailer
  • We will email you when the goods arrive at your selected Liv Retailer
  • We will email you when your order is ready, for Home Delivery orders we will let you know that your selected retailer will be in touch shortly – then your selected retailer will contact you to arrange a Home Delivery time.
