The US-based Big Mountain Enduro Series wrapped up the abbreviated 2020 season in Winter Park, Colorado over the weekend. The pro categories tackled the four-stage race on Sunday under sunny skies. Liv Racings’ Isabella Naughton scored three out of four stage wins to take the overall victory in the women’s pro category.

19-year-old Liv Racing enduro athlete Isabella Naughton would typically be battling for the top-spot in the Enduro World Series U21 category at this time of year. Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Naughton has stayed closer to home in 2020, but that doesn’t mean she’s been slacking on training. After scoring podium finishes in the women’s pro category at two stops of the California Enduro Series earlier this summer, Naughton traveled to Colorado for the final round of the Big Mountain Enduro Series in Winter Park with her goal of taking home her first pro win.

After battling through snowy practice days and changing trail conditions, Naughton was on fire on race day. She posted the fastest time in the women’s pro class on three out of four stages, winning the overall by 12 seconds on her Liv Hail Advanced.

“After practice Saturday, I went to bed with the feeling that I could win this weekend,” said Naughton. “The stages fit my riding style really well, and I have been feeling super comfortable on my Liv Hail Advanced. Words can’t describe how excited I am going into 2021 after grabbing this pro win.”
