Sarah Hill of Liv Factory Racing is looking forward to an exciting season of racing across multiple disciplines. After spending time riding gravel over the past few months and conditioning for longer efforts, Hill is now switching gears and focusing on singletrack. After winning the GP XCO race in Grootfontein, Pretoria on March 20, Hill backed up her performance with a second-place finish at SA XCO Cup #2 at Thaba Trails in Johannesburg over the weekend.
“From lap 3 on, I felt strong, and I started attacking the course and enjoying the techy descents,” said Hill. “I finished a strong second behind South African legend Candice Lill and feel motivated as the regular season quickly approaches.”
Hill will toe the start line aboard her Pique Advanced Pro 29 a few more times in April as she prepares for World Cup racing in May.
