I would like to introduce October, affectionately named after my favorite month of the year. I picked this bike after my last season riding a lot of challenging downhill terrains. I love the design with longer travel to tackle features with confidence, and the carbon frame that makes it lighter for climbing (not my strongest skill on a bike)!
Riding a Liv always feels like the bike was made for me. The geometry and fit are so comfortable and I feel confident in my ride. I spend a lot of time riding West Bragg and CNC in Alberta and end the season with an epic week in Fernie, BC. This will be a blast to hit Space Unicorn and Eric’s Trip and try some new, more challenging runs closer to home as well.This bike also looks so good, the raw carbon body catches the light just right. You can expect more photos of it on my socials than of me!
I have been riding my EnviLiv Advanced 1 for just a couple months now and I am absolutely obsessed with it. This bike hit everything I could have wanted in a road bike - it rides so smooth. This is my first bike with electric shifting which in itself is a game changer. Moving between gears is effortless. While this ride is more tailored to sprinting, I have still noticed a major improvement in my climbing ability since switching over from my previous bike. The design of the EnviLiv Advanced 1 is flawless in the aerodynamics while still being an immensely comfortable ride.
It is also crucial to talk about the way this bike makes me feel as a rider. Females on bikes often lack confidence and struggle with feeling like they belong as equipment is generally tailored to men. Riding a bike that is fitted specifically to me as a woman has boosted my confidence.
