| Favorite bike | Liv Devote. It has expanded my riding to take on new adventures helping me feel confident and capable. It’s a very intuitive ride. I didn’t think at 69 this year I’d be riding a gravel bike. |

| Favorite place to ride | I love riding the bike paths, trails in my neighbourhood which is a small town outside of Winnipeg. It’s close to Birds Hill Provincial Park which offers great cycling in all seasons. As well as small communities in the surrounding areas. |

| Must-have cycling accessory | Besides the obvious necessities it’s my playlist that helps power me through the hours on my bike. As well as my homemade snacks!!! Through lots of experimenting I’ve come up with my favourites for my cycling adventures. |

| When I am not riding | Snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, gardening, weekly Zumba and yoga classes and most importantly although not a hobby per se it’s the time with my grandchildren. Nothing beats cycling with them. |
