| Favorite place to ride | Exploring the City of Winnipeg at sunrise and discovering hidden gems within new neighbourhoods. Venturing far from home and being out for hours at a time. |

| Must-have cycling accessory | I love both my Liv Relay and Liv Path MIPS helmets. It’s great having style and colour options. The taillight docking station with the Liv Alumbra taillight has increased my visibility and makes me feel so much safer on the road. |

| When I am not riding | Hiking, snow shoeing, XC skiing, Zumba, gardening and most importantly spending time with my family and friends. In particular my wonderful grandchildren. |

| Life Goal | To continue to support and encourage senior women to get back on their bikes, to stay active year round and to take on the challenge of trying new things. To be a positive role model for senior women. I want to share my love of cycling with as many women as possible. |

| What I ride | I mostly ride on roads and bike paths/trails. This allows me to see and discover things that I would miss if I was in my car. My longer rides are at sunrise so traffic is minimal and I can focus on the joy of cycling. |
