In partnership with WITSUP, we're proud to support Paralympic Triathlete, Kate Doughty.
Beginning her Paralympian career in equestrian, Kate Doughty made the successful transition to triathlon for the sports' debut at the 2016 Rio Paralympics. Kate returns to the sport after a short break when she welcomed her son, Henrik, into the world. Less than a year later, she returned to international competition and is currently working towards the Tokyo Paralympic Games, 2020. Kate's training is structured around her work as a Psychologist, keynote speaker, wife and mother of her young son. Kate will be racing and training on the Liv Avow Advanced Pro 1 throughout the season.
Kate's journey into triathlon has not been a smooth road, but one that has led her to plenty of success. Watch the video below to discover her story.
