Bike Technologies & Features
The D-Fuse seatpost and handlebar were designed to function as a system to absorb shocks and vibrations from various surfaces, ensuring a smoother and more efficient ride.
Developed as a superlight rear suspension setup for XC bikes that demand efficiency, control and responsive handling, FlexPoint Pro is a linkage-driven, single-pivot system that delivers 115mm of rear-wheel travel. It’s engineered with a full-composite swingarm that significantly reduces overall frame weight.
This all-new technology allows you to quickly adjust the geometry of your bike to better suit riding conditions and rear-wheel size choice. Using two different flip chips – a combination high/ low and a dedicated mid-position chip – riders can change the head tube angle, seat tube angle and bottom bracket height using eccentric hardware located on the upper rocker arm of the rear suspension.
The flip chip allows riders to quickly adjust the geometry of their Maestro-equipped mountain bike to better suit how and where they ride. It lets riders change the headtube/seattube angles and bottom bracket height via eccentric (offset, two-position) hardware located on the upper rocker arm.

E-Bike Technologies & Features
Liv's new 6-sensor Smart Assist technology provides the most versatile and natural riding experience across diverse terrain and riding styles. Used in all SyncDrive motors, this technology listens to you then tells the motor how to best respond. Translating six measurements about your riding, this adds the perfect amount of power at just the right time. The result is an extremely fluid riding experience that feels like riding a standard bike but with so much more “oomph.”
Torque Sensor
The torque sensor continuously reads your pedaling input and adds the ideal support from the motor in a seamless, perfectly timed power boost that is proportional to your effort.
Speed Sensor
The speed sensor factors in the speed the rider is traveling.
Motor Rotation Sensor
Allows the motor to run as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
Slope Detection Sensor
Calculates how steep of a hill you are riding and is able to automatically adjust power output to make climbing a breeze.
Accelerometer Sensor
Measures the amount of acceleration or deceleration the bike experiences based on your input.
The updated RideControl App expands the existing customization options for your SyncDrive motor. Now you choose exactly how you want the system to perform. You can use the app to adjust from the battery-saving Eco mode all the way up to Power mode, and collect all relevant ride metrics during your activity.
This compact 2-in-1 control unit has everything you need at your fingertips. Glance down at the color display to check all your riding data, such as battery status, speed, distance, time, and cadence. Pair it with the RideControl App and you can opt to get phone notifications. Keep your electronic devices charged using the convenient USB port. Need to get off and walk a little? We’ve got you. Simply tap Walk Assist and easily push your bike uphill or over rough terrain.
Access the functions of your Liv e-bike with intuitive RideControl handlebar controls. With a simple push of your thumb, you can change assist mode, activate lights, walk assist, and scroll through detailed information about your ride on a compatible display. The RideControl controls also display the battery capacity and the assistance mode used thanks to bright LEDs.
Have full control over your ride and easily change modes with this intuitive handlebar-mounted command center featuring large, easy-to-reach buttons. The LED indicators clearly show your battery level and support mode, and feature internal cable routing for a sleek, high-end design.
This console features two rows of lights and a power button and is integrated into the top tube to display mode and battery level at a glance. It functions on its own as a minimalist control panel or it can work in tandem with the RideControl Ergo 3, providing an additional way of selecting your support mode.
The premium E-bike display shows you your assistance level with a different colored display for each mode. Monitor your battery capacity and remaining range in each mode to help conserve battery on longer rides. The RideDash Evo will also display your time and distance ridden, current speed and cadence. The unit connects to your phone via the RideControl App, and will display turn-by-turn directions to your destination as you ride, as well as notifications for calls, texts, and email you receive while riding.

This updated motor features a magnesium casing that reduces weight to just 2.5kg while still delivering 85Nm of torque and retaining the instant engagement that characterizes SyncDrive Pro motors. The SyncDrive Move literally moves the motor to the rear hub of the bicycle. Found in our youth bike range, this compact motor delivers 30Nm of torque for a smooth, confidence-inspiring ride. It features 3 support modes to help young riders climb with less effort. For kids’ safety the power mode will stay on for only 10 seconds, serving as a fun boost. It also features Smart Assist technology which uses five sensors to determine a smooth and natural pedaling support.

In collaboration with the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, Virginia Tech have rated a total of 128 bike helmets using the STAR evaluation system. The bicycle helmet impact tests evaluate a helmet's ability to reduce linear acceleration and rotational velocity of the head resulting from a range of impacts a cyclist might experience. Helmets with more stars provide a reduction in concussion risk for these impacts compared to helmets with less stars. Read more.
