Specialty | I’m sprinter! I’m a road and track rider, but I also do a little bit of cyclocross. |

When did you first realize you loved cycling? | When I was able to show to everyone what I can do on the bike - even when they didn't beleive in me. I realized how great the sport was because it can show, expecially to myself, that all the hard work pays off. I am grateful to cycling because it has given me confidence and belief in myself. |
Is there a women in your life who has played an important role in your cycling journey? | Elisabetta Borgia, is my psychologist and from my work with her I’m feel more “light”. She always helps put me in the right frame of mind and suggest the right way to go. She has taught me to follow my dreams and goals. I’m really grateful to her and happy to work with her. I think having a psychologist is really important for an athlete, especially in the difficult moments but also in the good moments, because she helps me to keep focus. |
Who inspires you? | My sister! She is 5 years older than me and she was a cyclist. |
What does the future of cycling look like to you? | I think that the women cyclists are improving a lot and I’m really happy that most of the men’s races are starting to be also women's races! This is a nice thing to improve cycling! |
