We’ve teamed up with ride leaders around the world to offer a variety of social rides for you to join on Zwift – the at home training game for cyclists! Head over zwift.com/events or the events tab in the Zwift Companion App (for iOS or Android) to join Zwift official rides below. Pay attention to the time zone!
Monday 5 pm CET: Liv Group Ride with Ashleigh Moolman Pasio
Kick off your week with CCC-Liv’s Ashleigh Moolman Pasio! Ashleigh is the current South African National Champion, a regular contender in the UCI Women’s WorldTour, and one heck of a climber – but don’t worry, all levels are welcome in this virtual group ride.

Monday 5:55 pm CET: ZRG Women’s Ride
Join ZwiftRidersGermany and Liv Germany ambassador Barbara Diepenseifen for the ZRGirls group ride! This one-hour women’s ride paces at 1.5w/kg max. You can register for the ride via the companion app or zwift.com!
Tuesday 7:10 pm AEDT: AHDRL Group Ride presented by Liv Cycling
Join the AHDRL (Aussie Hump Day Ride Ladies) for a social ride under 2w/kg max. This group ride is to encourage ladies to push themselves in a supportive environment with tips to get you riding stronger and faster! The ride on March 31 saw a record number of 96 women join, let’s help this ride continue to grow. Join the AHDR Group on Facebook to stay up-to-date on the latest ride updates.
Friday 7:10 pm AEDT: AHDRL Redback Race
The AHDRL (Aussie Hump Day Ride Ladies) present the Redback races on a different course each week. These races are short (around 30 minutes) and the rider with the most points in each category per calendar month earns a Redback Crown! As with all races, there are some rules. Make sure to join the AHDR Group on Facebook for the latest race info each week!
Friday 7:00 pm CET: CCC-Liv Team Fan Ride
Kick-off your weekend with the CCC-Liv team. Each Friday 2 members of UCI Women’s World Tour team, CCC-Liv invite you to come and ride with them to kick off your weekend in style. All levels are welcome in this virtual group ride with the pros keeping to an average of between 2.0 and 2.5 W/kg for the duration of the ride.
